  •   "Dear Chinesevoice team, Since I have thrown myself into the study of chinese language and culture I first had an initial approach here in Spain, just one month; and afterwards went to Zhejiang Daxue in Hangzhou to study 1 complete semester. There I got used to the practical and useful learning methods of Chinese language and I must say they are pretty close to what I find in Chinesevoice classes. Taking into account that I am not in China right now this adds value to my on-line classes. I feel like being back to Hangzhou and attending my chinese classes. It is just great! About my teacher,Ying Xu, no complaint at all. She is really patient with me and solves all my doubts if any. She always provides the right explanation and accurate examples using chinese.I really appreciete this aspect, she uses chinese to explain new words and some tough sentences, making it simple; and not English, as it is not my mother tongue I prefer to speak all the time in chinese. Regards and I must say CONGRATULATIONS!"

  •   The combination of open discussion, formal grammar and the news paper makes for an interesting and informative class. Using discussion and the newspaper is very helpful because the sentences are more complex and not as predictable as with the formal lessons. Still the formal lessons are good because it gives me a chance to practice forming verbs in different tenses or just stringing words together.I will be here for class next week unless I hear differently.Be well,Mallory

  •   I am amazed by Zhen Hua's ability to ''see'' our mouths when we are speaking. When I pronounce the word incorrectly she knows exactly how to tell me to adjust the shape of my mouth or location of my tongue - and she does it without actually seeing me. Very talented!
